Tiffany Sanborn

Tiffany has been a student of yoga for 16 years dabbling in many styles until finding her home base in Baptiste Power yoga. “I had no idea as I walked into my first Baptiste class what it even was much yet that my life was about to change.!” That was 8 years ago.  She completed her 200 hour teacher training under the tutelage of Claire Este-Mcdonald and Gregor Hamilton, two of Baptiste senior teachers in 2016. Since then she has also completed Level 1 and 2 with Baptiste yoga and is hoping to complete Level 3 by winter of 2020.

Tiffany feels there is no end to the learning process of yoga. Because of that it keeps us young in mind body and spirit.  Tiffany teaches a heated Baptiste inspired flow which is suitable for all ages and body types. The poses are simple but the flow is challenging. With patience, modifications and the right attitude any one can do Baptiste Power yoga!
