Barre Class

Barre is a hybrid workout class for ALL levels. it combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic ballet moves such as plies alongside static stretches…with a twist. It focuses on high reps with light weight and very little pressure on the joints. Every barre class is a total body workout! 45 mins. a class.

Baptiste Yoga Class

An energizing, challenging and powerful class that will leave you rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed. Based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste and suitable for all levels. These classes are heated to 90 degrees and are taught by Baptiste certified teachers. Baptiste yoga is a power Vinyasa flow yoga and is 60 mins. long.

Flexistretcher Class

A complete stretching and strengthening class using the flexistretcher. This 45 minute class takes you through a full-body workout,and a number of intense stretches along the way. This class harnesses the flexistretcher’s unique combination of support and resistance giving you a challenging and releasing workout!
